For me, Germany is like the storybook that just keeps opening; except here, the stories don’t just jump from the page instead they sprint down the cobblestones, catching you up in their move forward from the page instead they sprint down the cobblestones, catching you up in their move forward! As a travel enthusiast who’s carried on through thick and thin across Germany’s villages and vibrant cities, I am the one who can guide you.

Let me have the honor to assemble a journey for you that will include site-seeing, relaxation, as well as cultural immersion. Just imagine that on your last day, you are sitting by a peaceful river, where the pulse of history and the echoes of eras gone by fade into the flow of water each moment contributing to the tapestry of your German saga. Don’t be satisfied with just capturing the visual.

Let your inner senses also come into. Let this journey inspire you so, that you will be able to assimilate new stories into the world of your life, each of them full of colors and patterns.

With a map in one hand, I stood ready to embark on my adventure to famous beer gardens in Munich, my adventurous spirit parched and seemingly innocent of what was coming.

Upon arrival, I realized that the map I had was in fact a child’s doodle of a pirate’s treasure island, I mean, imagine that being let out of the bag! Imagine going to sea without having your compass! Anyway, I entered what I was certain was a local hole-in-the-wall and found I was actually in a wildly spirited cat café where the fur was flying! Can you believe that I, a seasoned traveler, mistook a purring kitty for a beer? The barista (who I assumed was a part-time lion tamer) looked at me with a stare intense enough to cultured milk. “Excuse me, sir, but this is a coffee shop for cats, not a well needed thirsty tourist watering hole.”Fantastic,” I murmured sarcastically back, “I came for beer and stayed for the cat-achino.” Did I tell you when I simply tried to order a coffee? I looked at the menu and asked for a “Latte” and the they handed me an actual lettuce. Who knew Munich had such a totally different view tp coffee! And there I was sipping my salad, wonder if the cows were similarly mislead at the milking farm down the road. I also made the mistake of trying to utilize my most basic German at the local bakery. What I meant to say was “I would like a Berliner” but instead I announced, “I am a dounut.” I think over the border the baker was laughing. So, why visit Munich? Is it the culture? Perhaps the architecture? Or the stupidly great luck of getting drawn into a cat café’s loyalty program? Who knows — It is sure to be one to rewrite you meowing for more, or at the very least very well caffeinated and possibly stuffed from other disasters.
